We had a room on the 16th floor with river views , the views were out of this world amazing, the bed was huge and so comfy, also some lovely welcoming gifts. Breakfast was fabulous, they have set breakfast times you choose an option, for example we had 7:45 to 8:30, it really works as the hotel is incredibly busy. The staff both on reception, in the restaurant and bar were so professional and helpful. The house keepers were great. The hotel is in the perfect location, with the train station across the road, as well as a massive shop centre across the other side, restaurants everywhere, short walk to the water and aquarium. Tapas is a must.

Location couldn’t have been better. Indoor shopping mall with multiple floors, food, court, and restaurants, connection to the Metro, movie theater , train across the street, buses, taxis and walkable to many attractions. The hotel itself is on a main street with views of the city or water views, which are amazing. The staff is wonderful and Maria was very helpful and kind. The beds are comfortable. I had a single serving of Portwine and chocolates in my room . Comfortable bathrobes and slippers. The beds are so comfortable.. breakfast is offered with some packages. I did not have that but look forward to my next day where I will try it.

The view from our room is spectacular. The staff were very attentive, polite and doing their best. They always clean up the room and refill beverages. The toiletries are delicate and have a very nice scent. Bed is so comfy and room is quiet. They even gave us wine and cake for my birthday (Thank you so much 😍) For breakfast, you have to book the schedule, which I can understand for them to organize the bulk of guests. The location is so good , very close to metro (Oriente), bus and train station. You can go easily to the center, airport, sintra, etc. In summary, our stay is fantastic. Indeed, a place where being happy is effortless.

The room was very comfortable; nice little extras like welcome treats for us and our child. Room was very clean and larger than expected. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had. After staying in a string of self-hosted apartments during our Europe trip, it was nice to feel taken care of. It's very proximal to the aquarium and airport, reasons why we chose it for this portion of the trip. This area of the city has a very different feel from other areas of Lisbon that we explored, so it was nice to see the contrast.

I really liked the large and very comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was not too hot or cold, and noise isolation was excellent. I only heard traffic when I had the window open. I picked this hotel for the proximity to Oriente station (and the airport), but the nearby river was a nice added bonus. Ample hot water and good quality shower products. Having an armchair in the room made me choose this hotel over another nearby hotel, and I'm glad I did. The breakfast room was nice and big so I never felt crowded or rushed.
